Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: All orders placed on velric.site are processed, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays). You will receive an automated tracking notification email as soon as your package has been handed over to our shipping carrier.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Timelines: We ship via major regional carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure secure transit.

• Standard Shipping: Expected delivery occurs within 3 to 7 business days after the carrier receives the package.

• Express Shipping: Expected delivery occurs within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on item weight and delivery destination, and are displayed clearly during the checkout process before payment authorization.

Tracking and Delivery Issues: Once your package is scanned by the carrier, transit delays caused by weather, peak holiday volumes, or logistical sorting errors are outside of our direct operational control.

If your tracking number indicates that your package was "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please contact the local branch of the shipping carrier directly to open an official trace investigation before reaching out to our support channel.

International Shipping: We do offer international shipping to select destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and tariffs imposed by your country’s customs authority. These external fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be paid or reimbursed by Velric.
