Shipping policy
At Velric, we are committed to providing reliable and timely shipping to customers throughout the United States.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $5.00 USD per order
- Free Shipping: Orders totaling $60.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Order Processing and Handling Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days. Handling time is the time required to prepare your order and hand it over to the shipping carrier.
Order Cutoff Time
Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Central Time (CT).
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM CT begin processing on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays may begin processing on the next available business day.
Transit Time
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, standard transit time is approximately 3–4 business days.
Transit time may vary slightly depending on the customer's delivery location, carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
For orders placed before the 5:00 PM CT cutoff, the estimated total delivery time is:
1–2 business days handling + 3–4 business days transit = approximately 4–6 business days total.
The delivery estimate begins with order processing and includes both handling and carrier transit time.
Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays may require an additional business day before processing begins.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. You can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Delivery Delays
While we work to meet the stated delivery estimates, actual delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a shipment is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
