Refund policy

At Velric, we stand behind the design and quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept return requests within 30 days from the date your package was delivered.

Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them.

  • All original tags, hardware, protective packaging, and boxes must be fully intact.

  • Final sale items, promotional clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or credit.

The Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, you must email our customer support team directly at support@velric.site. Please include your official order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

  2. If your return is approved, our team will provide you with the correct return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for packages lost in transit by your shipping carrier.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received, unpacked, and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been officially approved or rejected based on item condition.

If approved, your refund will automatically be processed, and a credit will be applied directly back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Important Note for Afterpay Purchases: If you placed your order using Afterpay, your refund will still be initialized and authorized through our Shopify platform, but the final capital distribution is safely managed by Afterpay. Any remaining scheduled bi-weekly installments will be canceled immediately by the provider, and any payments you have already made toward the purchase will be refunded directly back to your linked card by Afterpay.
